Your STRONGARM® Mobility Device is warranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. It was designed and built to exacting standards and inspected prior to shipment. This limited lifetime warranty reflects our confidence in the specifications and processes used throughout the manufacture of this device, and assures you many years of dependable service. Protection is limited to the original consumer purchaser.

This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as, but not limited to, Forearm Cushions, Handgrips, and Floor Tips which are subject to normal wear and tear and replacement.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the defective part.
